Bulk Mail/Shipping
Do you charge postage and handling for orders sent directly to me?

When possible, orders will be sent to you through inter-office courier. If your office is not on the RE/MAX Allegiance courier route then there will be a nominal shipping charge added to your order. We ship all of our orders US Postal First Class.
What is Bulk Mail and How Do I Qualify?
  Bulk mail is a class of mail sent by the US Postal Service at a discount rate for business mail of at least 200 pieces that has been sorted by zip code. You must have at least 200 postcards to qualify for bulk mail rates. All cards must be the same size and weight. Cards must all have identical content and can not contain any handwritten messages. Any order with under 200 pieces will be mailed first class. Please contact one of our mailing administrators before submitting any mailings that may contain insertions such as calendars, pens, seeds, etc.

Do you ship to my office?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details. If your order is not to be sent via bulk mail (postcards) it will be sent to your office. When available your order will be sent through the inter-office courier. If no courier service is available to your office your will be charged shipping fees. You will be notified via email of the postage fees or you can check your account at "My Account / Order Status."
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is calculated once your order has been printed and weighed.  Your account will be updated with any shipping or bulk mail fees and that is when the final order charges are billed. We will ship your order after we charge the credit card saved with your account. You will be notified during the processing of your order of what fees will be billed to your account (once quantities are finalized, etc.)
Can you mail my order directly to my client or my home?
 

Yes, On the Check out page simply fill out the "Gift" section, Orders shipped to your client will have your name on the return address label.

Shipping Charges
If you wish for an order to be shipped directly to your client or home office there will be a shipping charge added to the order. Average shipping charges range $3 -$5.

When will my order ship?
  For orders being mailed to you it will be printed and mailed within 2 business days after you give final approval of the proof. Postcards and bulk mailings will be delivered to the Post Office within 3 business days after you give final approval of the work order.
